PCR »ý»ê¹°À» Á¤Á¦ÇÒ ¶§ PCR ¹ÝÀÀ¿¡ »ç¿ëÇÑ ¿Ã¸®°í DNA ÇÁ¶óÀÌ¸Ó ¹× ±âÁú dNTP¸¦ ¿ÏÀüÈ÷ Á¦°ÅÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀ¸¸é ¾È µÈ´Ù. ¿Ö³ÄÇϸé dNTP´Â º»·¡ÀÇ sequencer¹ÝÀÀÀ» ÀúÇØÇϱ⠶§¹®ÀÌ´Ù.
DNA´Â Àû´çÇÑ salt(¿°) ³óµµ¿Í Àû´çÇÑ alcohol ³óµµ ÇÏ¿¡¼ ħÀüµÈ´Ù. DNA ħÀü¿¡ ¾²ÀÌ´Â Á¶ °ÇµéÀº ´ÙÀ½°ú °°´Ù.
Ethanol : 2¢¦2.5 volume
sodium acetate(pH 5.2) : commonly used
sodium chloride : DNA containing SDS
ammonium acetate : triphosphate removal
inhibits T4 polynucleotide kinase and TdT
lithium chloride : RNA precipitation, very soluble in ethanol
inhibits reverse transcription
Isopropyl alcohol : 2¢¦2.5 volume
