‘Elimination-Style’ Competition
Every week, each team will compete for a business competition.
One person from the losing team gets fired.
Winning team gets complimentary reward from Donald Trump.
The winning contestant = opportunity to work for Trump as the president of one of his companies for an annual salary of $250,000.

What is ‘Work team’
In Apprentice, All of assignments are proceeded by ‘work team’. The concept of ‘work team’ is close to ‘small group’ which we have learned during class.

Wrong Decision Making and Poor Team Communication
-Making decisions that demotivates the team members
-Just hanging around the street giving out coupons cannot drag the consumers to the restaurant
-No communication between each other. So couldn’t allocate the right task to the right person.
They only got $14,000 in profit, only raising the sales by 6%.
