1. Introduction
North Korea and South Korea historically maintained relation of transaction and confrontation. Owing to collapse of Cold War tension between two Koreas got better than before and confrontation between them drastically decreased due to the 2000 summit and following sunshine policy. However, after 2009 hawkish government got authority in South Korea, relationship between them started to freeze until now.
Meanwhile, ever since the declaration of People`s Republic of China foundation and the defeated Kuomintang headed their way toward Taiwan, there have been a prolonged conflict between them. However, this air of distrust and hate seems to be changing these days as they started building up the mood of reconciliation and widening their cooperation in diverse areas.

ablished. The principle of self reliance is well commented at the `juche idea` which contains meaning of `independent stand` or `spirit of self reliance`.
Though China and Soviet Union were alliance of North Korea, North Korea didn`t want them to interfere its own policy because the juche idea also contains idolization of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il. To keep power of Kim`s family, their choice was to minimize dependency to other countries even alliances like Soviet Union or China. Because of this reason, they extremely feared nations with market economy especially South Korea and the US. They thought if capitalistic thought intrude in its society, then the power of Kim`s family would collapse by its own people. What North Korea government care is not a society and peoples of it but power to control its people.
