3. Materials and Method.

1)PDMS

¨ç PDMS 60g°ú °æÈ­Á¦ 6gÀ» Á¾ÀÌÄÅ¿¡ µû¶ó ½ºÇ¬À¸·Î Àß Àú¾îÁØ´Ù. ÀÌ ¶§ ÁÖÀÇÇؾßÇÒ Á¡Àº °ÅÇ°ÀÌ ³Ê¹« ¸¹ÀÌ »ý±âÁö ¾Êµµ·Ï ÇؾßÇÑ´Ù.

¨è ¿Àºì¿¡ ³Ö°í 10ºÐ µÚ ²¨³»¾î À§·Î ¶°¿À¸¥ ±âÆ÷¸¦ Á¦°ÅÇØÁØ´Ù. ±âÆ÷°¡ ´Ù ¾ø¾îÁú ¶§±îÁö ÀÌ °úÁ¤À» ¹Ýº¹ÇÑ´Ù.

¨ç PDMS°¡ ¿Àºì¿¡ µé¾î°¡ ÀÖ´Â µ¿¾È Spin coatingÀ» ÇÑ´Ù. PSÀÇ ³óµµ´Â 10%ÀÌ´Ù. 30ÃÊ 3000rpmÀ¸·Î spin coating ÇÑ´Ù.

¨è ¿øÇÏ´Â master¸¦ À߶󳽴Ù. ÁÖÀÇÇÒ Á¡Àº Ä®·Î Àß À߶óÁöÁö ¾ÊÀ¸¹Ç·Î À۵θ¦ ³»¸®µíÀÌ ¶¼¾î³»¾ß ÇÑ´Ù.

¨é master¸¦ ¶¼¾î³»°í ³ª¸é À̸¦ spin coating ÇÑ PS waferÀ§¿¡ ±âÆ÷°¡ Áß°£¿¡ µé¾î°¡Áö ¾Êµµ·Ï ÇÑÂʺÎÅÍ ´­·¯ÁØ´Ù.

¨ê 140¡É oven¿¡ ¿Ã·Á³õ´Â´Ù. wafer°¡ ³ìÀ» ¼öµµ ÀÖÀ¸¹Ç·Î ¹Ù´Ú¿¡ ´êÁö ¾Êµµ·Ï ¿Ã·Á³õ´Â´Ù.

¨ë 20ºÐ Á¤µµ ±â´Ù¸° ÈÄ wafer¸¦ ²¨³½´Ù. °æ¿ì¿¡ µû¶ó ½Ã°£ÀÌ °É¸± ¼öµµ ÀÖ´Ù. º» ½ÇÇèÀº ¾à 1ÁÖÀÏ Á¤µµ°¡ Áö³­ ÈÄ wafer¸¦ ²¨³ÂÀ½À» ¹Ì¸® ¾Ë¸°´Ù.
