4. Experimental Procedure
- dipping method
1) 0.1MÀÇ PSS¿Í PAH¼ö¿ë¾×À» ¸¸µç´Ù.
2) silicon substrate³ª Quartz substrateÀÀ 2x2cmÀÇ Å©±â·Î ÀÚ¸¥´Ù.
3) ÀÚ¸¥ substrate¸¦ ¼¼Ã´¾×(H2SO4/H2O2 - 7:3)À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ¾à 3½Ã°£ Á¤µµ ÃÊÀ½ÆÄ ¼¼Ã´ÇÑ ÈÄ, Áõ·ù¼ö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ´Ù½Ã ¼¼Ã´ÇÑ´Ù.
4) ÀÌ·¸°Ô ¼¼Ã´µÈ substrates¸¦ °¡¿µÈ H2O/H2O2/NH3(5:1:1) È¥ÇÕ¾×(80¡É)¿¡ 1½Ã°£ Á¤µµ ´ã±Ù ÈÄ, Áú¼Ò°¡½º¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇؼ °ÇÁ¶½ÃŲ´Ù.
